Installing a multiple metering switchboard for a group of retail shops in Shepparton required liason with the landlord, tenants and Powercor to ensure minimal disruption to power supply during business hours.
Wiring and Stand Alone power for new houseboat
This job required us to work closely with the client with regard to the electrical and solar design throughout the build process. Limitations of ceiling/wall cavity for cabling and storage space for Off Grid power componentry also needed to be taken into consideration. The houseboat now runs completely from its own Stand Alone solar power unit with 3kw of solar panels, inverter/charger and large battery bank. When the owner is ready to move the boat, we will disconnect “top” from “bottom” storey wiring then reconnect once on the water.
